The new password must meet the requirements:
- At least 12 characters
- At least one capital (A-Z) & one lower case letter (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9) & symbol (e.g. !, $, #, %, @)
- Password cannot match the previous 5 passwords.
- New password cannot contain 4+ consecutive username characters.
